Job Overview Trane Technologies in Nashville, TN is hiring a Service Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the long‑term scheduling and execution of service workloads, managing large quoted work and service projects with unique scopes, and ensuring successful contract performance in an office and/or area. The Service Project Manager reports to the Service Operations Manager and works closely with Area Service Leaders and local Area Service Managers to ensure positive customer satisfaction and business results. What You Will Do Ensure timely completion of assigned projects, financial performance, and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic long‑term scheduling based on the entire service workload to optimize resource allocation and project timelines. Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules, set project parameters, and define procedures to accomplish Service Agreement work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Partner to review estimates and proposals, enter projects, order parts, track parts, schedule labor internally and with customers, review project completion, and coordinate billing. Anticipate and set monthly revenue forecasts, providing accurate and timely projections to support financial planning. Support Regional Coordinators in identifying the proper skillsets required for completing jobs effectively. Assist Account Managers and Team Leads with site surveys to ensure accurate project planning and execution. Communicate with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff. Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff. Drive contract performance by proactively identifying scope, scheduling, and material issues to enhance margin expansion and overall profitability. Ensure that all assigned staff and subcontractors work safely in accordance with Trane and OSHA policies. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of two years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related fields. Experience and knowledge in contracting processes and estimating related to installation of HVAC systems and subcontractor management. Proficiency with computer tools. Highly organized with a strong customer‑service orientation. Compensation Annual Base Salary Range: $84,740.00 – $118,860.00 Compensation Type: Salary Incentive Eligible: Yes Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: Compensation is tailored to seniority, merit, geographic location, education, experience, travel requirements and union designation.
