Client Service Representative Alpine Veterinary Hospital 7732 MacArthur Blvd, Cabin John, MD 20818 Pay: $18–$23/hour, based on experience Schedule: 5-day workweek with rotating weekend shifts Alpine Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Cabin John, MD. We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year of customer service experience who enjoys helping people, loves animals, and can provide a welcoming and professional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in veterinary medicine while working alongside a collaborative and supportive hospital team. What You’ll Do Welcome clients and their pets with a friendly, professional attitude Answer phones and respond to client questions Schedule appointments and manage the hospital’s appointment calendar Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately Process payments and assist with financial transactions Communicate appointment details and treatment information to clients Maintain accurate client and patient records Coordinate communication between clients, veterinary technicians, and doctors Help clients understand next steps for their pet’s care Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Support the veterinary team with administrative and hospital tasks as needed What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of customer service experience Previous veterinary or animal-care experience is preferred, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in helping people and caring for pets Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment Reliable, professional, and positive attitude Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team Willingness to learn veterinary terminology, procedures, and hospital systems Schedule 5-day workweek Rotating weekend shifts Compensation & Benefits $18–$23/hour based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid holidays Employee pet discounts Continuing education/professional development opportunities Why Join Alpine Veterinary Hospital?
