Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform administrative and office tasks, oversee day-to-day operations of community associations, and ensure compliance with Florida Statutes, mostly in an office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and proactive professional to make a positive impact on the communities we serve. Salary starting from $60,000 plus profit sharing depending on the individual’s experience and qualifications. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of community associations, including budget management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Florida Statutes, including preparing reports and maintaining required documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, board members, and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Facilitate and attend board meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and providing expert advice on community association management.
• Oversee and coordinate the enforcement of association rules and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, including financial reports, contracts, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current Florida CAM license.
• Proven experience in community association management.
• Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes and regulations governing community associations.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple community associations simultaneously.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with modern property management software.
