Legal Analyst :: Multi Strat Hedge Fund

A top-performing global hedge fund is looking to add a Legal Analyst to its New York team as the business continues to expand.

This is not a narrow legal support position. You’ll work alongside highly experienced attorneys on matters spanning the firm, gaining exposure to sophisticated commercial, corporate and regulatory issues that would typically sit across several different roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside senior Legal professionals on high-priority matters across the business

• Support complex agreements, corporate initiatives and projects connected to the firm’s continued growth

• Research new and evolving legal issues, helping determine how they should be addressed in practice

• Coordinate across the business and with leading external advisers on time-sensitive matters

• Help build smarter processes and take ownership of increasingly sophisticated work

You’re a Good Fit If You Have:

• Experience across legal, compliance, financial services or another relevant professional environment

• Excellent analytical, writing and problem-solving skills
