Key Responsibilities

• Provide adult outpatient care on a part-time basis with a highly flexible schedule.
• Deliver mental health recuperative services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary care team, including therapists, nurses, and social workers.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups through telehealth services.
• Perform in-person initial evaluations within 24 hours of request.
• Act as a liaison between inpatient services and long-term care facilities.
• Must be enrolled with Medical (California Medicaid).

Compensation Details

Hourly rates range from $185.00 to $220.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
