About the Role
The Company is seeking a Credit Risk Review Vice President to join their Risk Division. The successful candidate will be part of a specialized team responsible for the independent assessment of the firm's credit risk management processes. This role is pivotal in providing senior management and the Board of Directors with objective and timely evaluations of the credit portfolio. Key responsibilities include leading and participating in industry reviews, conducting continuous monitoring of assigned industry sectors, and ensuring the accuracy and adequacy of credit risk identification and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, at least 10 years' of banking or credit-related experience, and a strong background in credit analysis, particularly in the area of counterparty credit risk. Applicants for the Credit Risk Review Vice President position at the company should possess a deep understanding of credit analysis, ratings analysis, and corporate finance. Specific experience in counterparty credit risk, including credit analysis for funds, financial institutions, and trading documentation, is essential. A background in internal audit or credit/loan risk review, as well as knowledge of banking regulations related to lending and risk management, is preferred. The role requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, who can effectively manage multiple assignments and work efficiently in a team environment. The candidate should be adept at providing expert consultation and advice to management and be committed to the highest standards of ethics and attention to detail.
