FLC Front Desk Associate

Front Desk Associate – Family Life Center (Fitness Facility) We are looking for friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team at the Family Life Center. As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests—representing both our fitness facility and our church with a welcoming and professional presence. Shifts Available Open: 5:45 AM – 11:00 AM Mid: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM Close: 4:00 PM – 9:15 PM Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and assist members and guests Monitor check-ins and provide information about the gym and church as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility Proactively identify and address areas that need attention (cleaning, restocking, resetting) Contribute to a safe, positive, and welcoming environment Qualifications Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant direction Reliable and punctual with scheduled shifts Proficient in data entry and ability to learn a new software Why Join Us?
