Case Manager - Plan & Support Client Recovery

The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army in Tampa, FL seeks a full-time Case Management Specialist to interview applicants, assess needs, and determine eligibility for program enrollment according to facility guidelines. You will document social histories and coordinate referrals as appropriate. You will develop intake and case plans with clients, guide them through paperwork, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
