Compensation
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $20.00
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual CSR
Inbound Support: Manage a steady volume of incoming phone calls and digital inquiries with speed, professionalism, and courtesy.
Information Resource: Act as a reliable subject matter expert, offering customers clear and accurate details regarding available programs and services.
Problem Resolution: Efficiently investigate and resolve client concerns to preserve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Precision Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records by entering detailed account notes and updates in real time.
Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to streamline workflows and address complex customer needs effectively.
Bilingual Communication: Leverage your language skills to provide seamless service and clear communication for Spanish-speaking clients.
Qualifications of the Bilingual CSR
Experience: Previous experience in a call center or high-touch customer support environment is required; a medical or healthcare background is highly preferred.
Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required.
Multitasking: Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strict accuracy and organization.
Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, multi-line phone systems, and standard office software suites.
Professionalism: A positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to assist in administrative tasks and team-wide initiatives.
