Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs. Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners. Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders. Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions. Understand the organization and decision‑making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings. Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure program participants, contractors, and team leadership have the information necessary to communicate project status and reprioritize as necessary. Be familiar with program guidelines and effectively communicate with contractors and participants to ensure projects meet program requirements. Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation, including baseline and efficient equipment specification sheets and calculations. Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications BA or BS degree is preferred, preferably in a field focused on energy, technology, policy, research, and/or sustainability. Advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of project coordination experience, preferably within the energy efficiency industry, construction management, or sustainability. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple time‑dependent tasks Positive, action‑oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity Problem‑solving focus Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office suite Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment. Compensation & Benefits Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $35K - $50K. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
