Vehicle Delivery Driver

We're looking for Customer Advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to build an exciting career at Carvana, the fastest‑growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. Shift Requirement The hours for this position are from 7am – 5pm or 11am – 9pm (four‑day work week). Team members must be available to work seven days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days. Compensation Competitive starting hourly rate of $22/hr, with growth opportunities based on performance. Pay range: $22–$24 hourly. Starting pay: $22/hr. At 3 months: $22.50/hr. At 6 months: $23/hr. About the Role Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers. Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (physically demanding work) and inspect the hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive. Complete customer paperwork and record detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Maintain a clean driving record and drive safely in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Obtain a local notary license within 90 days, with Carvana’s sponsorship. Meet state‑specific access to DMV/title and registration systems requirements. Acquire necessary specialty licenses per state (Chauffeur’s license for Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, Missouri within two weeks; Vehicle Verifier license for California within 90 days). General Qualifications and Requirements Perform physically demanding tasks such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement or extreme weather. Walk, stand, and sustain physical activity for more than 8 hours per shift. Read, write, speak, and understand English. Perform necessary physical movements: reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, squat. Grasp, carry, lift, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs. Have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity for frequent driving. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
