Purple DriveData Modeler Share Contractual Westlake Village, CA PDT - 8361 8-10 09/10/2025Overview:Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business intelligence, analytics, and application development.Work closely with business stakeholders and data architects to translate requirements into scalable data models.Optimize data models for Snowflake to ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with ETL developers to design effective data integration and transformation pipelines.Establish and enforce data modeling standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.Perform data profiling, analysis, and quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.Support performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting of data-related issues.Required Skills8+ years of experience in data modeling across large-scale enterprise systems.Strong experience with Snowflake data warehouse design and development.Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or similar).Expertise in SQL and database concepts (relational and dimensional modeling).Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
