Position Summary:
- Experienced Product Owner with a strong Core Banking background.
- Lead product initiatives from strategy through delivery .
- Partner with business stakeholders and Agile teams to define product vision.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
- Drive successful delivery of banking solutions from concept to implementation.
- Own and manage the product roadmap for Core Banking initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Business teams throughout the SDLC.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive product delivery from concept through production release.
- Balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
- 5+ years of recent experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager .
- Strong experience within Core Banking environments.
- Proven ownership of products throughout the complete SDLC.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skill.
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
