We skip the simulators and classrooms to get you directly behind the wheel with real freight and professional mentors. Your paycheck is completely protected from your very first week on the road while you transition into a confident solo driver.

Compensation and Financial Progression

We protect your income while you gain road experience. Here is your clear path to high earnings:

• Training Phase (Weeks 16): Earn a steady flat rate of $650 per week while learning alongside your mentor.
• Months 1 to 3 (Solo): Make $0.56 per mile, backed by a solid $1,000 weekly minimum guarantee.
• Beyond 3 Months: Your rate steps up to $0.56$0.64 per mile, with average weekly earnings reaching $1,200 to $1,700.

How On-the-Road Mentorship Works

For 4 to 6 weeks, you will run regional routes while sharing the cab with a certified driver trainer. Your instructor monitors your skills and signs off on your transition to solo status as soon as you demonstrate total readiness. During this period, you will master heavy tractor-trailer operation, ELD management, HOS regulations, DVIR inspections, and professional dispatch communication.

Hiring Requirements

• Must hold a valid, active Class A CDL.
• Age requirement of 21 years or older.
• Graduation certificate showing 120+ hours completed at an accredited CDL school.
• A clean driving history with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and standard DOT physical exam.
