Sr. Manager, Int/Ext Reports, Models

Senior Manager leading internal and external reporting, financial modeling, and analytics strategy for DePuy Synthes. This role owns reporting governance, executive dashboards, and financial models while supporting the company's transition to standalone operations. Requires strong finance background, team leadership experience, and expertise in enterprise analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead reporting and modeling roadmap prioritizing business performance, compliance, decision support, and separation readiness
- Own design, delivery, and governance of internal and external reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and financial models
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, timely, consistent, traceable, and aligned to corporate, regulatory, and audit requirements
- Translate complex data into concise executive insights and recommendations for senior leaders and business partners
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and continuous learning culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 8–10 years progressive experience in reporting, analytics, financial modeling, or finance with leadership responsibility
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable enterprise reporting tools
- Data modeling skills and ability to architect scalable business intelligence and reporting solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder influence capabilities across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in regulated, public-company, SOX, or audit-sensitive reporting environments preferred
