Delegate tasks related to patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services. Facilitate collaboration with physicians and healthcare team members. Monitor resource needs in clinical areas for appropriate assignment and utilization. Manage the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications. Ensure a safe environment for patients and employees. Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision. Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure compliance with standards. Manage designated units by translating business plans into tactical action items. Oversee hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
