Bilingual Occupancy Specialist (LIHTC / Affordable Housing) - Miami, FL

You will play a key role as a Bilingual Occupancy Specialist supporting a large, high-volume 600-unit affordable housing community in Downtown Miami. In this role, you’ll ensure full compliance with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and HUD regulations while maintaining accurate resident files and supporting occupancy goals. This is an ideal opportunity if you have Tax Credit /Affordable Housing experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable managing a high-volume workload.
