Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?LOCATION: Metal Container Corporation in Jacksonville, FLSALARY:$33.192 per hour ($49.788 OT Rate)76 hours of straight time, 8 hours of OT per pay period.Quarterly bonus eligible based on KPIs.Double time for working on a holiday + holiday pay (a regular day's pay).SHIFT:12-hour shifts (6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am)Rotate day and night shift every 4 weeks.3 shifts on, 4 shifts off then 4 shifts on, 3 shifts off.Every other month there are 6 shifts off in a row.Full calendar schedule provided on first day of employment.COMPANY:Michelob ULTRA. If you are looking for a new challenge, come join our team today!Job ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain troubleshoot and repair high speed, highly technical computer-controlled manufacturing and packaging equipmentResponsible for logistical module management associated with daily operation of the equipmentPerform quality checks and recording them in our automated computer system programsInterpret statistical data to make quality and productivity decisions, we're a data driven companyMaintain our work area in accordance with all sanitation and housekeeping standards, safety is our top priorityOperate forkliftsCommunicate maintenance and quality activities by using complex computer reporting systemsJob QualificationsOne to three years of industrial experience required, preferably in a high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment.Good mechanical aptitude is required.3 years of mechanical experience or training.Must have basic knowledge of equipment and machinery.Forklift operating experience a plus.Willingness and ability to work in a team environment.Ability to apply new work methods effectively.Proven troubleshooting skills.Superior work history, including good attendance.WHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
