RN MDS Director: Lead Care Quality & Compliance

Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown, CT is seeking an experienced RN MDS Director. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and directing the MDS process to ensure high-quality care and compliant documentation.

This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay. The candidate will coordinate MDS, oversee ADL training, handle CMS item sets, and manage Medicare/insurance processes while maintaining privacy and meeting minutes.
