SiFly, a Santa Clara–based aerospace startup, is hiring a Staff Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design of next‑generation autonomous UAVs. This hands‑on role involves prototyping in‑house, guiding field tests, and steering designs into production. You’ll own electromechanical systems from concept to manufacturing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
