Responsibilities and expectations We’re looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable, task-oriented and willing to be held accountable. You will greet every client, employee, vendor, and visitor with respect, call them by name, and make time for them. You will motivate and lead the sales team, set and surpass sales goals, celebrate members' milestones, and resolve any operational issues promptly.
