3-4 years experienced ServiceNow developer with IRM implementation experience.

Shall possess ServiceNow scripting knowledge and develop workflows and configurations.

Should have done API based integrations with ServiceNow.

Must have experience in Service Portal & Widget Development.

Should be able to manage the customer and collaborate seamlessly with customer stakeholders.

To implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules according to best practices.

Conduct requirements workshops and sessions with stakeholders.

Should be able to test and troubleshoot functionality to ensure stability and performance.

Should be able to provide post-implementation support and training to users.
