With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.Title: Hospice CNA Pay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $3,000, fully paid within 12 months Location: Brighton and Louisville area; travel to patient homes and facilities required Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm.Job SummaryWe are hiring a Hospice CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to hospice patients in their homes, facilities, and community settings. This role supports patients with daily care needs while helping promote comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.The Hospice CNA works closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team and follows each patient's plan of care.
