Participate in strategic initiatives while implementing operating standards of excellence. Inspire a dedicated team that delivers exceptional care and builds meaningful relationships with each other, the residents and their support network. Advocate for resident needs and contribute to the overall advancement of senior healthcare. What You\'ll Need Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Housing, Healthcare, or a related field.
