Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in Tucson, AZ . This role is perfect for travel therapists or local professionals who want to work closely with patients in a rural community setting that values individualized care and personal connection.

Position Overview

As an OT, you’ll help patients develop, regain, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Your impact will go beyond therapy sessions—you’ll help people reclaim their routines, independence, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and ADLs

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment

• Document progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical teams

Qualifications:

• Active AZ Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Degree from an accredited OT program

• Current BLS certification

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Passion for patient-centered care and rural health
