• Investigate results to ensure precision, troubleshoot any inconsistencies, and manage the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Support the team with specimen collection and preparation of samples for various tests as required.
• Thoroughly document laboratory procedures, contribute to training new staff or students, and uphold the quality standards of the laboratory.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment in compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of joining.
• Maintain certification throughout your employment with us.
