Registered Nurse Intermediate Care
Ascension Wisconsin Corporate Office
Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Care unit. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based nursing care to medically complex adults requiring close monitoring. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, cardiac and telemetry monitoring, IV medications, wound care, and coordination of interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, support safe transitions, and uphold quality and infection control standards.
