Today the Company employs nearly 2,100 team members in over 95 locations across the United States.Our purpose is to create a safe and reliable world and our mission is to deliver assurance through precise technical and professional services.DescriptionENI Labs, an ATS company, provides a wide array of calibration services in numerous industries including, Medical, defense and general manufacturing to ensure the accuracy of various instruments and tools.ENI Labs is seeking a Dimensional Calibration Technician to perform precision calibrations and measurements on dimensional equipment in accordance with internal procedures and customer requirements. This role is focused on accurate measurement execution, proper documentation, and supporting both laboratory and onsite calibration activities.This is a full-time role is and is located in our lab in Ft. Wayne, IN. This position offers a competitive compensation and Total Rewards package including, medical / dental /vision / life insurance, 401K + company match, STD/LTD options, PTO/vacation pay, tuition reimbursement and more!Key ResponsibilitiesPerform calibration and verification of dimensional measurement equipment, including:Bore gages, thread gages, and measuring tapesGage blocks and pin gagesCalipers, micrometers, height gagesDial indicators and test indicatorsOperate precision measurement systems, including:Surface platesOptical comparatorsUniversal Measuring Machines (UMM), including Labmaster systems (e.g., LMU)Supermicrometers / bench micrometersPerform measurements in accordance with established procedures and work instructionsRecord and document measurement results accurately in calibration software (e.g., IndySoft)Interpret basic specifications and tolerances to determine pass/fail resultsIdentify and report out-of-tolerance conditionsMaintain proper handling, care, and storage of standards and customer equipmentSupport onsite calibration work at customer facilitiesFollow all safety, quality, and company proceduresQualificationsTechnical RequirementsHands-on experience with dimensional measurement equipmentExperience operating a Universal Measuring Machine (UMM), including Labmaster-type systems preferredAbility to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and tolerancesStrong attention to detail and repeatable measurement techniqueBasic computer skills and data entry capabilityPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a calibration or manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with calibration workflows and documentation practicesExperience with calibration software (e.g., IndySoft)Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPhysical & Travel RequirementsAbility to lift up to ~50 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsWillingness to travel up to ~25% in the tri-state and surrounding area for onsite calibration workAbility to work overtime as needed, including extended hours during peak workloads or onsite assignmentsValid driver's license record requiredWork EnvironmentLaboratory environment with controlled temperature and humidityFrequent onsite work in manufacturing and industrial environmentsKey CompetenciesAttention to detail and consistencyStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work independently and efficientlyClear and accurate documentationAdaptability in both lab and onsite environmentsEOE/AA/M/F/Vet/DisabilityATS is an equal opportunity employer where employment is based upon personal capabilities and qualifications without discrimination due to race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as established by law.U.S. Persons Only: A requirement of this position is access to information that is subject to U.S. export controls under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR").
