Our client is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to lead specialty recruiting efforts across multiple office locations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a direct impact while working approximately 20 hours per week. What You'll Do Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for professional positions from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with firm leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates. Source candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting resources. Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications and overall fit. Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process. Create compelling job postings and manage recruiting activity across multiple platforms. Develop relationships within academic and industry networks to strengthen future hiring efforts. Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records. What They're Looking For 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Demonstrated success recruiting professional-level talent. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
