Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Cath Lab

Role Overview: Provides direct clinical care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement patient care based on nursing processes. Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care tasks. Coordinate and integrate patient care within medical regimes. Administer medications safely and timely per hospital policies. Support hospital emergency protocols, including incident command system (HICS) responsibilities. Ensure adherence to safety standards, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives. Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining care standards, staff competency, and resource management. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's or Master's preferred. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; recent acute care experience preferred. Current licensure and certifications including BLS; ACLS, PALS, or NRP if applicable.
