Occupancy Heroes is looking for outgoing, customer focused Leasing Consultants who are ready to trade the ordinary for a new adventure. You’ll have the opportunity to live and work in a different city for 30 to 90 days while helping an apartment community that needs an experienced leasing professional.

Imagine finishing your workday and spending your evenings discovering new restaurants, local attractions, beaches, downtown districts, or mountain views, depending on where your next assignment takes you. Every assignment is a chance to experience a different lifestyle while doing what you already love.

What We Provide: Round trip flights to your assignment, hotel accommodations covered while you’re on assignment, rental vehicle provided with a valid driver’s license, opportunities to travel to different cities across the country, and professional support from the Occupancy Heroes team every step of the way.

What You’ll Do: Tour prospective residents, build relationships with future residents, follow up on leads, process applications and leases, deliver exceptional customer service, and help apartment communities achieve their leasing goals.

Assignment Length: 30 to 90 days, depending on the property’s needs.
