Back Quality Specialist Manufacturing Gray Court, South Carolina Direct Hire Jul 13, 2026 Quality Specialist – Manufacturing / ISO 9001 / Continuous Improvement Location: Upstate, SC Pay: $60K-$70K Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time Our client is a growing manufacturer that specializes in complex industrial products and is committed to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. They offer a collaborative environment where employees have the opportunity to make a direct impact. They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Specialist, to join their team in a direct hire role. In this position, you will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve manufacturing processes, maintain documentation, and support quality initiatives across the organization. What you get to do: Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids Support ISO 9001 documentation, audit readiness, and corrective actions Conduct layered process audits and verify adherence to standard work Coordinate engineering changes and support new product introductions Partner with Engineering and Production to resolve process issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and efficiency What you need to succeed: 2-5 years of manufacturing, engineering support, or process-focused experience Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems Ability to interpret engineering drawings and bills of material (BOMs) Experience creating work instructions and process documentation Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement experience preferred High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred What’s in it for you: Competitive compensation Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) Opportunity to work with a collaborative team Stable, growing manufacturing environment On-site position Apply now!
