The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen. This remote position is only available to candidates who meet the following criteria: Must have prior State Farm or other related insurance experience Must have an active Arizona Property and Casualty license Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
