We’re hiring dependable Assembly Operators to join a growing production team! In this role, you’ll assemble electrical connector components, operate production equipment, and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and wants a position with the potential to become permanent.

Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am (overnight shift)

Pay: $16.75/HR. Weekly Pay

Position: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components using hand tools and follow work instructions.
• Operate production equipment and work toward daily production goals.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Package finished products in boxes and bins for shipment.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist fellow operators to keep production running smoothly.
• Perform basic scanning procedures and follow established processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and other production needs assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; 2+ years is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Comfortable using hand tools and learning production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
