Receive inbound inquiries and conduct outbound phone calls and emails to prospective students using approved guidelines and schedule appointments. Assess and interview prospective students to determine needs and goals. Assess prospective students’ eligibility for employment in the transportation industry, including driving record and DOT physical & drug screen. Develop referrals and personal leads. Conduct tours of campus facilities and communicate features/benefits to prospective students. Discuss payment options: Third‑party financing In‑house financing Workforce Service / State agency funding Federal and State Grants Vocational Rehabilitation Veterans Administration Private pay Follow up on all inquiries that fail to schedule an interview or fail to show up. Enroll students who meet eligibility requirements, complete all required forms for enrollment and orientation, implement a follow‑up plan, and meet or exceed enrollment objectives. Prepare and compile all documents in student file for the first day of class. Provide employer and placement information to students and record accurately in the Student Management System. Update transcripts and prepare graduation certificates. Accounts Receivables/Payables: Prepare invoices to students, agencies, and other trainees. Process receipt of checks, cash, and credit card charges. Record student attendance/earnings daily. Manage/report accounts payable invoices. Assist Director with monthly account reconciliation. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Prior post‑secondary admissions experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
