Future Opening: Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member State Farm Insurance Agent located in Alexandria, VA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Sharon Eddy - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Our office is open Mon - Fri 8:30 am to 5pm and the 1st and 2nd Saturday 9am to 1pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2006. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. I am a proud graduate of Penn State University. We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
