Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior to mid‑level Water Rights Attorney to join its team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have experience in Colorado water rights and related real estate and land use laws, with additional expertise in environmental litigation and regulatory matters. Duties Advise clients on Colorado water rights and associated real estate and land use laws. Handle complex environmental litigation, both civil and administrative. Assist with project permitting and compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Collaborate with team members on various projects. Requirements 2–6 years of experience in Colorado water rights law. Experience with state and federal environmental regulations. Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with short deadlines. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the Colorado Bar. Skills Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
