Elmwood Hills Healthcare Center , located in Blackwood, NJ, has Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) positions available for FT and Weekends! We are a long-term care facility looking for the right Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.

ALL shifts available **NO PER-DIEM

SIGN ON BONUS $3,500!!!

$24/hr no frills/not benefited

N.A's HIRED AFTER 90 HOUR CNA COURSE COMPLETION AT AN ACCREDITED CNA PROGRAM/SCHOOL WITH PROOF OF COMPLETION CERTIFICATE

Job Requirements: Current CNA Certification in the state of NJ in good standing.  NA's must have completed 90 hour accredited CNA course

Job Types: Full-time, including every other weekend ( NO per diem shifts available)

Duties:

- Assist with patient care and ADL's under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Provide gastric lavage and airway management as needed

- Assist patients with feeding and meal consumption assistance 
- Assist with sterile processing and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient needs are met
- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic medical record systems such as POC -point click care
- Provide specialized care for patients with special needs such as dementia
- Assist with the management of medical equipment

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to protocols
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as POC- Point click care
