Cardiovascular Surgical ICU Registered Nurse (CSICU) | Up to $55/hr + Sign-On Bonus

Compensation: $30.00-$55.00 per hour based on experience and clinical level

Sign-On Bonus: Choose between:

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (3-year commitment)
• $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (4-year commitment)
• OR up to $25,000 Tuition Loan Repayment Assistance

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 available for qualified candidates

Position Overview

A nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its Cardiovascular Surgical Intensive Care Unit (CSICU) . This specialized unit provides care for critically ill patients recovering from cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries, ECMO therapy, and other advanced cardiovascular interventions.

This is an excellent opportunity for nurses looking to transition into a cardiovascular ICU environment. Candidates with strong Telemetry, Progressive Care (PCU), or Stepdown experience are encouraged to apply, even if they do not have prior ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill cardiovascular and surgical patients
• Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, drips, and advanced therapies as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families throughout the recovery process
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of Telemetry, PCU, Stepdown, or related acute care experience required
• ICU experience preferred but not required
• No new graduates at this time
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
