• Inspect small plastic products (similar to single-serve coffee pods) for quality defects and proper sealing
• Rework products by correcting minor defects and resealing lids when possible
• Sort, organize, and separate acceptable, reworkable, and scrap material
• Perform light assembly and packaging tasks
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and documentation
• Move and organize materials and product pallets throughout the work area
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production and quality goals

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, inspection, warehouse, or production experience is preferred, but not required

This is a Contract position based out of Solon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
