Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | Wednesday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM | 3x12 Hours/Week
Local Candidates Required: NA
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes
Pay Rate
Traveler: $2,000 – $2,080/week
Position Overview
We are seeking an X-Ray Tech to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensure patient safety, and obtain quality diagnostic images in an acute care hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
X-Ray Technologist experience.
Ability to work the required Wednesday–Friday schedule.
Ability to participate in 3 on-call shifts per month.
Ability to work a block schedule.
Relevant state license/certifications as required.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders.
Position patients appropriately and ensure patient safety during imaging.
Operate radiologic equipment and obtain quality diagnostic images.
Follow radiation safety protocols and department standards.
Document procedures and patient information accurately in Epic.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
