Lead Software Engineer

• Provide technical sales support for BDMs and Account Managers
  <\/span><\/li>
• Enforce and execute all change controls
  <\/span><\/li>
• Execute service requests assigned via service desk
  <\/span><\/li>
• Resolve incidents escalated from the service desk or NOC
  <\/span><\/li>
• Perform problem management procedures
  <\/span><\/li>
• Maintain standard solutions
  <\/span><\/li>
• Ensure all engineers can implement standard solutions
  <\/span>

  Requirements <\/h3>

  • M ust have at least 5yrs experience as a Lead Engineer. 
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering is REQUIRED. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience supporting the technical team. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
