Long-term permanent opportunity

Starting pay: $22.00/hour

Benefits available

2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)

Nights: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and/or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies to designated locations.
• Replenish production lines and warehouse stock as needed.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and safety checks.
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to safely maneuver materials in a busy warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Work Environment

This position operates in a manufacturing and warehouse setting with continuous forklift traffic, moving materials, and production activity. Candidates should be comfortable working around machinery, varying temperatures, and industrial noise while following strict safety procedures.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Inwood, WV.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
