Why You’ll Love This Opportunity $20.35 per hour 3-day weekends! Work Monday through Thursday. Day shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Paid, hands-on training – no experience required. Clean, climate-controlled work environment Build valuable manufacturing and assembly skills Potential overtime on Fridays What You’ll Do Assemble and inspect small components with precision. Follow written instructions and standard operating procedures. Use basic hand tools and production equipment. Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Follow cleanroom protocols and workplace safety procedures. Complete basic production records and documentation. What We’re Looking For A dependable attitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English. Comfort with standing and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Ready for a Fresh Start?
