Substance Abuse Case Manager/QMHP A

This person will be responsible for facilitating case management and skill building services to all SUD clients currently participating in the Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program. Education A Bachelors or Associates degree in social work or a related degree (psychology, sociology), and/or two years of work experience in a related field is required. Required Certification Must be in good standing and certified as a CSAC or CSAC-S and QMHP by the Virginia Department of Health Professionals. Additional Essential Functions Develops a comprehensive case management service plan of care and reviews and updates service plans. Attends staff meetings. Completes quarterly reports. Provides motivational counseling to individuals to facilitate/improve engagement in services that support recovery. Other duties as assigned.
