HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in guiding and ensuring the quality of clinical services, treatment, and interventions provided to unaccompanied minors in our care. Working collaboratively with the Medical Director and contracted physicians, you will help ensure children receive high-quality, compassionate medical services focused on health maintenance, disease prevention, and overall well-being. You will oversee clinical practices, support compliance with state licensing requirements and Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) standards, and help ensure all medical services align with CPLC policies and procedures. Your expertise and dedication will contribute directly to creating a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for youth in our programs.

You bring strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing trauma-informed care. In addition, you are someone who can effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and support quality healthcare outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You are adaptable, organized, and dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care for every child served.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Education / Background: Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of employment. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher health-related qualification (e.g., Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner). Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in the medical field. Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred.
