Job Description

For the upcoming November 2026 to April 2027 winter season, Western Lehigh Services is looking for part-time, seasonal:

Sidewalk Technicians/General Labor
Experienced Plow/Salt Drivers
Equipment (Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, Backhoe) Operators

Hourly rate between $28/hr - $45/hr based on job responsibilities. End of Season Performance Incentives!!!

Western Lehigh started in 1990 as an installation and lawn maintenance company. Our Landscape division has earned recognition as the Lehigh Valley's premier landscaper, providing custom hardscaping and landscaping solutions and expanding our service lines to include custom outdoor lighting, outdoor kitchens and more. Our Snow Division is the Lehigh Valley's premier commercial snow removal company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Remove/shovel ice and snow from roads, sidewalks and assigned areas, which require early morning starts, extended hours, and weekend duty including holidays. This includes salt applications as needed.

Responds in a timely manner when called to assist in snow removal/salting.

Ensure that areas under responsibility of this position are adequately and safely plowed/cleared/salted when required.

Follows all safety rules, policies, and regulations. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reports all incidents including equipment's functioning to Supervisor(s).

You must have your own transportation and previous experience in snow removal.
