Job Description

CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and safety focused Forklift Operator to join our team in Goshen, IN . This position is ideal for an experienced forklift operator who is comfortable working in a fast paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, and committed to maintaining productivity while following all safety procedures.

Location: Goshen, IN 46526
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are handled safely and accurately
Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues
Maintain accurate inventory by moving products to the correct storage areas
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Keep the work area clean and organized
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Previous forklift operating experience required
Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Reliable transportation
Forklift certification is a plus
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
