Position Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services as prescribed by the referring physician
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct speech/language screenings and swallowing evaluations as needed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members regarding care and progress
• Ensure appropriate follow-up on diagnostic findings with multidisciplinary coordination

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required
• Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful, compassionate, and solution-oriented approach to care
