Contract Duration: 12 Months Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). Hands on experience using session and memory for building multi-agent systems along with using MCP tools. Hands‑on experience with LLMs, transformers, and Hugging Face ecosystem. Knowledge and experience with vector databases and RAG technique for semantic search. Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI). Understanding of MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment. What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi‑faced, larger scale or longer‑term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faced situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Design and implement Generative AI models for text, image, or multimodal applications. Develop prompt engineering strategies and embedding‑based retrieval systems. Integrate Gen AI capabilities into web applications and enterprise workflows.
